In the words of the man himself, it stands for “Good a** s**t.”

The artist, who has dominated the rap charts with songs like “It’s a Vibe” and “OG Kush Talent” informed his tribe of followers on Instagram about the launch of his cannabis brand. He took advantage of the social media platform by showcasing each strain’s unique qualities.

2 Chainz, who has over five million followers on Instagram, uploaded a video for his fans to learn more about his cannabis brand.

“Since I was a teenager, I’ve been hand-to-hand with some of this stuff. But today, it’s official. I have my own cannabis line, finally. No middle-man, but legal cannabis. It’s called GAS. You’ll hear more about it. It’s a good day,” he said, beaming. 2 Chainz described the cannabis business venture to his followers as “the beginning of forever,” telling them, “you’ll know it once you experience it.”

Fans can taste the true terpene profile of three GAS strains named “Octane.” Although their names are the same, the cannabis strains are distinguished by number: 87, 89 and 93. The higher the number, the more potent the weed.

“93 Octane got me gassed up,” joked 2 Chainz. The strain numbered 89 was described as “a premium product, at an affordable price,” while the strain numbered 87 was recommended as an affordable option.
